Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. You'll be the face of our company, often the first interaction our customers have with us. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a strong understanding of customer needs, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound phone support to arenaflex Members through the lifespan of their membership with us

• Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, leveraging a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements
• Answer and place calls in a professional manner, focusing on a "1st call resolution"
• Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
• Meet productivity and call quality metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably

• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving
• Computer proficiency in MS Suite
• Typing speed of 45WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual skills

• Previous experience in a similar role at a technology company
