Join Our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent

We're seeking an experienced and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. Responsibilities

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
  • Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior support agents when necessary
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with arenaflex's services and offerings
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
  • Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
