Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document filing process. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise and escalating issues as needed
• Completing additional projects as assigned by your supervisor
• Collaborating with your team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our document filing process

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 40-50 WPM or higher
