Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our databases, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurately enter data into our databases and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information
  • Verify data and ensure its accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data
  • Review and update information in the database regularly
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data
  • Perform data quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Comfortable with working with various computer systems and databases
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in data entry or related fields is not required, it is a plus. If you have experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems, we encourage you to apply.
