Additional Client Program Technology Standards Requirements

To ensure that you can provide excellent customer service, you'll need to meet the following technology standards:

  • Phone Line: You'll need one of the following types of phone lines to service customers:

+ POTS (Plain Old Telephone) line (hard-wired to wall outlet) + Cable telephony (connected directly from router/modem device) + Digital service (connected directly from router/modem device) + VoIP through a physical hard phone (i.e., a tangible device that sits on your desktop) + Hardwired telephone and headset or keypad/headset (e.g., AGPTek or Plantronics)

  • Dual Monitors: Dual monitors are strongly recommended to ensure that you can multitask and provide excellent customer service.
  • Windows 10 or 11: You'll need to maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates).
  • Apple or Android Cell Phone: You'll need an Apple or Android cell phone for secondary code verification.

What You'll Do

As an inbound customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as an Initial Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues.
  • Providing Support for Existing and Prospective Clients: You'll provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
  • Resolving Concerns: You'll resolve concerns on retail, commercial, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.
  • Identifying Cross-Sell Opportunities: You'll identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.
  • Providing Accurate, Confidential Client Service: You'll provide accurate, confidential client service through general servicing knowledge.
