What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a part-time data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing basic data entry and keying activities with accuracy and efficiency
- Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal errors
- Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, maintaining data integrity and consistency
- Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to use an email system, including sending and receiving emails, and managing email threads
- Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a focus on data transfer and accuracy
- The capability to cut and paste data accurately, minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity
- Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
