What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage data processes for the Open Enrollment period, including processing waiver approvals and updating tracking systems
- Handle an average daily waiver report that can include several hundred individual waivers
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding their waivers
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and potentially the Director on other data management projects
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to students' accounts in the Banner system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A BA in business or technology preferred, or 5 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of data and maintain accuracy
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in data management or administrative roles within a higher education setting
- Familiarity with student information systems, particularly Banner
- Experience in handling large datasets and waiver processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in social justice and commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment
