Travel Telemetry Nurse (RN) in San Antonio, TX

Schedule/Hours:
- 7AM – 7PM (Full Time)
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- BLS certification (AHA only)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Trach/Vent and high-flow oxygen experience recommended, not required
- Rehab experience recommended, not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
- Manage routine and complex cases across mixed patient populations
- Apply protocols for medication administration and monitoring patient response
- Educate patients and families, adapting to a wide range of cultural, psychological, and social needs
- Accurately document patient care, history, and outcomes
- Make appropriate assignments and delegate to care team members to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
