Human Resources Business Partner H/F Nous recherchons notre futur Human Ressources Business Partner H/F pour accompagner les équipes d'Edenred Mobility France ! Your impact Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous serez directement rattaché à Christophe, Directeur HRBP, et vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes. You will implement the HR strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives, while ensuring the optimization and compliance of HR processes. As a business partner, you will be the main point of contact for employees and managers. You will anticipate, analyze their issues, propose solutions and advise them on a daily basis. Your missions
- Accompagnement des collaborateurs: deploy the HR policy on disciplinary, regulatory, social relations (CSE), talent and performance evaluation (NAO). Be the guarantor of the experience and engagement of employees and ensure its continuous improvement.
- Business Partner: alongside the Comex and managers, analyze, challenge and anticipate HR issues. Propose HR strategies accordingly. Take a consulting role to effectively support the business.
- Reporting & Projects: hold key KPIs, analyze and understand the data and exploit it in HR action plans. Lead HR cross-functional projects (bot, TT, tools, etc.).
- Transformation / continuous improvement: actively participate in organizational transformation. Collaborate closely with the Social Relations department on legal aspects.
Your experiences and skills that will make your success: You are a generalist business partner! You hold a Bac+5, you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operational HR and have a dual HR and legal background (ideally). You combine business and technical expertise which allows you to effectively support managers and employees. It's also your savoir-faire that matters: Detail-oriented, you also show adaptability and agility according to the context. A true team player, for you teamwork is synonymous with success. Solution-oriented, you are recognized for your listening, proactivity, and relationship skills. Thanks to your analytical skills, nothing escapes you!
