Overview of the Position

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status
  • Proactively reviewing customers' accounts and educating them on additional service options
  • Supporting all arenaflex video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Escalating any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues
  • Performing all other related duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
