Key Responsibilities:

  • Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, setting the standard for exceptional service.
  • Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits.
  • Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Implement arenaflex asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement, using the first in, first out method and restocking as needed.
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Comply with all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
