Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive impression with every interaction
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for reference and analysis

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (a plus)
