Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Vietnamese, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, efficient, and effective
  • Providing world-class support to users of our streaming music service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Experience in providing customer support via inbound web messages, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the music streaming industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, with experience in creating and implementing social media campaigns
  • Experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances
