The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working with small business owners to navigate their energy needs, making bills, meters, and tariffs simple to understand. You'll be the go-to person for all their energy-related queries, from billing issues to meter problems and complex energy questions. Your role will be to find the right solution to keep businesses running smoothly, and you'll be empowered to take ownership of every query from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Help small business owners understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

  • Solve problems fast, whether it's a billing query, meter issue, or complex energy question
  • Take ownership of every query, from start to finish, ensuring business customers get the answers they need, first time
