Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent on our Merchant Team, you'll be the frontline of our P2P market, handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information to resolve problems, and escalating issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our users feel supported and valued every step of the way.

Responsibilities

* Handle all inbound inquiries received, and establish outbound communication through chats, emails, and calls

  • Independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise, using your knowledge and expertise to find solutions
  • Continuously educate yourself with up-to-date and relevant information to support the customer service operations, staying ahead of the curve in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
  • Escalate issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required, ensuring that our users receive the support they need
  • Adhere to the Quality Assurance standards set by our team, ensuring that our customer service operations meet the highest standards of excellence
  • Adhere to and comply with the schedule set by your Team Leader, working collaboratively with our team to meet our goals and objectives
  • Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by your Team Leader, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt
  • Display good team working attitude and behavior within the team and other departments in the company, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry

  • Passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to operate in a quickly changing environment
  • Great multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fast internet connection (5mpbs broadband internet connection at least) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech industry and being a arenaflex P2P user will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work on flexible working hours and shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays)
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
