About the Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help evolve our customer experience platform. In this role, you'll think deeply about how to take large sets of logistics data and create intuitive and enjoyable experiences for logistic service providers and their clients. This role requires an eye for design best practices, deep customer empathy, and a desire for great user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive feature development.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact product enhancements loved by customers.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, iterating on features to optimize engagement and retention.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform.
- Participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Figma or similar.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with logistics data and creating intuitive user experiences.
- Strong UX sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear product decisions.
- Bias for action and willingness to fail fast, releasing early and often to learn as you go.

* Competitive salary range of $125,600 - $155,000, plus equity.
