Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise SEO Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic success plans for enterprise clients to ensure high retention rates and account growth
• Conducting regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities
• Providing expert guidance on arenaflex's search technology and digital marketing solutions
• Monitoring usage patterns and proactively addressing adoption challenges
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
• Facilitating onboarding and training sessions for new enterprise users

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise clients
• A proven track record of reducing churn and growing existing accounts
• A strong understanding of search technology, SEO, and digital marketing concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
• Experience with Hubspot is preferred
• Experience working in a high-growth technology company is preferred
