Role Overview
As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be working in a fully remote setting, providing excellent service to a diverse range of customers and employers through inbound telephone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to employment status, general claims, payments, advances, and the impact of Covid-19/government support. You'll also be helping customers with change of details/circumstances, new Universal Credit claims, and appointment-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound telephone calls, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about benefit payments and government support.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and resolving complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Stay up-to-date with government guidelines and policies, ensuring that customers receive accurate information.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and resolving complex issues.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in PC skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently.
- Good typing speed and ability to multitask.

Security Clearance
