Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer (VOC) Transformation and Innovation

This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us improve and preserve our new Voice of the Customer technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
