Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and data entry support to our patients and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

  • Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records using arenaflex's pharmacy software.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter patient and medication data into arenaflex's database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) as needed.
  • Settle all data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Maintain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and keep a valid license or certification throughout your tenure.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer. + Using a mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing documents. + Accessing data online.

  • Basic web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser. + Writing URLs in the address bar. + Using a search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing online forms.

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records.

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
