Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Providing information and assistance to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel arrangements
• Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Bilingual language skills required in some locations
• A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting, as required by the company and safety regulations
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
