What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
  • A reliable smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily login
  • A headset (USB wired or compatible) for clear communication
