Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Remote Workforce Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading Task Groups: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to implement changes and drive business outcomes.
• Data Visualization: Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field.
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong skills in data analysis, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Store Experience: Experience working in a retail or field environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer needs.
• ASDS Experience: Experience working with ASDS systems and processes, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
