Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months of sales experience minimum
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will need:
* Internet Requirements:
