Job Summary
We're looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our Operations and Customer Center team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's responsible for supporting our day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our teams to utilize data and information to tackle business challenges, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with our teams to utilize data and information to tackle business challenges
- Supporting our day-to-day operations, including load control, fuel management, and customer service
- Collaborating with our Load Control Center, Fuel Procedure group, and other teams to ensure seamless operations
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US

While not required, having experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint will give you a competitive edge.
