Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering world-class customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software
  • Identifying and solving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience and drive loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology systems and procedures to continuously improve your skills and performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
  • Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $13.00, as well as:
