Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for conveying significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activity. This is an on-location, client-facing position with remote work approved. Key Responsibilities:

* Convey significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions to drive navigation and specific activity

• Serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
• Lead and manage teams of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
• Develop and implement strategies to improve digital protection and threat intelligence services
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional conditions
• Provide expert advice and guidance on digital protection and threat intelligence best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital protection and threat intelligence trends and technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing climate

• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various crowds, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities

• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new CTI colleagues
• Ability to translate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical crowds
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence partners

* Competitive salary range of $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + stock + benefits
