Experienced Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
- Creating clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI and storytelling principles
- Automating business processes and improving exception-based reporting
- Partnering with IT and business analysts to discover and analyze new data variables
- Evaluating data quality and resolving discrepancies
- Validating data against business requirements and researching data errors
- Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including dimensions, measures, filters, computed fields, and DAX queries
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience with Smartsheets
- Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines
- Experience with data governance and data quality management
