What You'll Be Doing
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for resolving escalated or complex customer issues, providing answers and solutions that exceed customer expectations. Whether it's through phone, email, or chat, you'll be the difference between a good customer experience and an exceptional one.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
- Conduct research to provide answers and solutions to customer issues, using your product knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Product knowledge and experience with customer service software and tools
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Reporting Structure
You'll report to a Team Lead, who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you succeed in your role. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
