Job Summary
As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating with efficiency, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers and provide assistance with products and services, resolving consumer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience.
- Fashion and share customer support pleasant practices with all crew members to deliver a unique and beautiful patron experience, consisting of interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex carrier traits (e.g., supplying assist proactively, identifying wishes, servicing till glad, etc.).
- Present customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service, recommending objects for sale and trade-up and/or partner objects.
- Register consumer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as asked, handling voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain counters and shelves smooth and well-merchandised, taking inventory and continuing facts, testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
- Implement agency asset safety strategies to perceive and decrease earnings loss.
- Guarantee compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
- Construct and maintain displays, along with promotional, seasonal, superb systems, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed.
- Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets).
- Have working knowledge of store systems and store gadget.
- Provide customer support within the picture location, consisting of virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photograph merchandise.
- Assume net pickup obligations (monitors orders in photo care plus, fills orders, can provide orders to customers as they come at store).
- Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store circumstances and look.
- Comply with all agency policies and approaches; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Complete unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Personal Development
* Attend training and complete PPLs requested by supervisor or assigned using company.
- Participate in ongoing education and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Primary Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
* Choose six months of experience in retail surroundings.
- Prefer to have prior experience with arenaflex.
