About the Role
As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality products and services to our customers, while also developing your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, either through phone, email, or chat
- Building relationships with our customers and understanding their needs and preferences
- Developing and implementing solutions to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service team and the market
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
