Job Summary:

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for verifying data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work from home, utilizing your computer skills and attention to detail to process data efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

* Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules

• Verify data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
• Search entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
• Complete timesheets on a weekly basis
• Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
• Perform other job-related duties as required
• Work with clearly defined procedures
• Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Entry-level business support or operation role

Qualifications:

* High school graduate or equivalent

• Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
• Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
• Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
• High-speed internet capability
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Preference given to those currently living in the geographic regions (and surrounding areas) listed below:

• Pittsburgh, PA
• Aiken, SC
• Des Moines, IA
• Greater Philadelphia area

Training Class:

Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
