Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining updated records and logs. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Defining or resolving inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
- Answering questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
- Providing requested information
- Maintaining updated records and logs
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from clients regarding financial banking cards
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and card inquiries
- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
* High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
- Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
- Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions
- Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
Training and Development
* 1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings to introduce you to our team and processes
- A couple of weeks of on-the-phone training to get you comfortable with our systems and processes
- Another week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training to reinforce your skills and knowledge
