The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and respectful
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
