Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing arenaflex's customer service software to track and analyze customer data.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, attending regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and expertise.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
