Job Description
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides opportunities for students to attend K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the scholarship program
- Assisting with student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
- Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
- Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support to callers, even in challenging situations
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate in challenging situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation

To work from home, you must have:
