Job Summary
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, email, and chat support. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and other benefits
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, medication coverage, and other benefits to educate customers and empower them to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
