Role Highlights
* Earn $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives
- Work from home and set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Fast 20-hour Certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert
- Unlimited hours available during peak periods, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required
- Earn a $310 bonus just for participating in the certification program
- Enjoy a Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available during this period
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions
- Building strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs, and driving innovation to provide top-notch service
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy
