Job Summary

As an experienced chat operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional support, and driving sales leads for our automotive dealer clients. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create engaging and memorable interactions that drive sales leads
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and sales conversions
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania

  • Must have a dedicated workspace with a computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must meet the following specifications:

+ Minimum 8 GB of RAM + 64-bit Operating System + 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent)

  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, gaming, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer support software
  • Strong typing skills and ability to meet performance metrics
  • Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming communities
