Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving in-bound calls from clients who require assistance with claims, issues, or concerns

Work Schedule and Availability
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll work a 40-hour week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, providing additional compensation for your hard work and dedication.
Training and Development
When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training and development programs to ensure your success. Our training program is a combination of virtual classroom and on-the-job training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break.
