Experienced Data Entry Representative – Healthcare Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from patients and medical providers to gather and verify necessary information.
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and provider information in pharmacy management systems.
- Ensuring data integrity by reviewing and verifying entered information for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicating professionally and effectively with patients and healthcare providers to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Following company policies and regulatory guidelines to handle sensitive patient data securely.
- Multitasking efficiently by managing multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and system updates.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely processing of information.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy management software.
- Typing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service is a plus but not required.
