Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving complex issues related to online orders, following, and deliveries. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
- Determine customer needs and provide proper resolutions, including answering general Costco.com/item questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, following, and deliveries
- Consider and offer solutions as needed
- Work as the contact between Costco.com customers, merchants, purchasing and activities staff
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the telephone or answering visits
- Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities to determine request/item/conveyance issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Recognition or GED equivalent
- Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day instructional class
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong foundation in customer service, including great interpersonal skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal completion
Preferred Qualifications
* Solid foundation in customer support, including great relational skills, brief agreeable assistance, and phenomenal completion
- Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and tackle issues
- Ability to exhibit acquiring and thinking abilities
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities an asset
