About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Marketer to support our HR storytelling program, which aims to inspire our customers by demonstrating our own HR deployment of agents and telling our Salesforce on Salesforce tech story of how we're customer zero on the power of humans and agents working together. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with Product teams, engage with sales, and inspire our customers. Your aspirations in product positioning, messaging, customer and competitive intelligence, and market segmentation will be instrumental in driving business impact.

Primary Responsibilities

Storytelling Excellence

+ Serve as the administrative backbone of an HR-focused customer storytelling program, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, conducting research, compiling customer data, and tracking the performance of the program. + Develop a cohesive narrative that positions arenaflex as a leader in using AI technology to innovate and deliver customer success. + Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences, from executives to front-line teams, highlighting how our Agentforce solutions deliver measurable impact.

Craft and Evangelize Messaging

+ With minimum manager oversight, be able to develop a cohesive narrative that positions arenaflex as a leader in using AI technology to innovate and deliver customer success. + Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences, from executives to front-line teams, highlighting how our Agentforce solutions deliver measurable impact.

Customer Engagement and Influence

+ Possess a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points. + Gather and apply customer insights to develop marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and foster customer loyalty. + Design strategies that engage and inspire customers, emphasizing the transformative potential of our Agentforce solutions. + Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities to integrate storytelling into customer touchpoints and drive advocacy.

Build Compelling Presentations

+ Create world-class presentation content, blending data-driven insights with emotive storytelling to captivate and persuade audiences. + Translate complex Agentforce concepts into clear, relatable, inspirational, and impactful customer stories.

Experience & Skills

* 3+ years of experience in customer engagement, account management, or relationship building, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR tech, or employee success environments.

  • Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to create and deliver briefings and demos.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to adapt content and discussions based on customer needs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering transformative, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work across teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to deliver cohesive and impactful customer interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Compensation

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $64,000 to $88,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
