Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, addressing queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Handle live chat interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently.
  • Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift, ready to manage customer interactions and provide exceptional support.
  • Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring that all inquiries have been addressed and that the customer's issue has been resolved.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible customer experience.

$35 per hour

Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

Location:

This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States
