Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, addressing queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Handle live chat interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently.
- Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift, ready to manage customer interactions and provide exceptional support.
- Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring that all inquiries have been addressed and that the customer's issue has been resolved.
