Responsibilities
As an Experienced Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our clients' customers
- Working with a variety of customers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Collaborating with our team to provide timely and effective support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

- Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings

Qualifications:
* Flexible to the needs of the business
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
* You must have the following: + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
