Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies, taking proactive measures to resolve issues
  • Reviewing and entering complex promotional price changes, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems
  • Working closely with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission, maintaining efficient and accurate processes
  • Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, supporting the growth and development of our business divisions
  • Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • A strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, a proactive and self-motivated mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
