Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our goals of community engagement and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate customer information, and collaborating with other team members to develop creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program.

Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying confidential customer information and qualifying potential customers
  • Maintaining and updating customer information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Paying close attention to detail and actively listening to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
  • Meeting consumers directly and interacting in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
  • Executing events and coordinating with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
  • Collaborating with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
  • Staying updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field
  • Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
  • Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
  • Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Essential Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience in marketing or sales
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
