Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service and sales support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with customers on their rental needs and maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
• Overcoming customer objections and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support
• Shuttling customers to and from their vehicles, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience
• Preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
• Operating equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Excellent auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities, including the ability to hear, speak, and write clearly
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, and pulling
• Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:
