Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller) at arenaflex, you will be the front line of our customer service team, responsible for processing personal and commercial transactions, and providing fast and friendly customer service to our customers. This is a part-time position, with hours from 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform duties related to customer transactions, including: + Receiving checks and cash for deposits + Processing mortgage and consumer loan payments + Counting and packaging coins and currency
- Promote and explain other services offered by arenaflex, such as:
+ Deposit products + Customer convenience services + Consumer and mortgage loans
- Prepare and maintain various reports and records, including:
+ Currency transactions + BSA reports
Essential Qualifications
* Proficient communication skills, including in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient math and computer skills
- Six months of cash handling and/or customer service experience (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced banking environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
