Job Summary:

As an Entry-Level Accounting and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and booking processes. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating client information, handling sensitive client data with confidentiality and integrity, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems, ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to arenaflex standards.

  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences, ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations.
  • Coordinate itineraries and confirm bookings, sending detailed itineraries to clients and ensuring all travel arrangements are in place.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations, offering insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Process payments and handle invoicing as needed, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems, with experience in data entry and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, business) preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations.
